Suzanne Zazulak Pedro’s first foray into the world of etiquette was her emergence into her Southern heritage of elegance, pageantry and the adherence to tradition. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, she has traveled extensively and has had the opportunity to participate in a wide range of different global customs.

Certified by The American School of Protocol in corporate and children's etiquette, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University, with graduate studies in forensics and law.

As CEO of The Protocol Praxis, LLC, and as a behavior-shaping specialist, she has combined the art of social finesse with the tenets of psychology, resulting in “avant garde” etiquette.

Besides being Chief Officer of Protocol for her city, Hammond, Louisiana, she has formed a non-profit organization, Bee Poised, to help children less fortunate learn valuable life skills.

Suzanne’s professional memberships include The International Society of Protocol and Etiquette Professionals, Protocol Diplomacy International and the Protocol Officers Association.

She writes a monthly etiquette column for several publications, is an expert author on ezinearticle.com, and volunteers as an etiquette and social graces expert for allexperts.com.
