Pamela Minyard is the founder and President of Pamela Minyard, Inc. a New York base leadership and etiquette training agency.  A highly sort after trainer and speaker, Pamela believes anyone can have the opportunity to be a leader.
 
She has run large and small leadership workshops and seminars for non-profit organizations and schools, as well as for corporate executives and small business owners. Her unique approach to leadership inspires all. She values helping others reach the next level.
 
Pamela is currently enrolled in the Doctoral Program in Executive Leadership at St. John Fisher College, New York. She is also certified by two of the most prominent institutes in etiquette and protocol: Etiquette and Leadership Institute and The American School of Protocol. She was given the Inspiring Woman award by the WNBA New York Liberty in Madison Square Garden, New York and awarded the prestigious Business Council of Westchester, New York, Rising Star "Top 40 under 40."
 
Out of all the recognition she has received, Pamela's favorite "accomplishment" is being the proud wife of a high school English teacher and the mother of four well-mannered boys.
