Michele Pollard Patrick is a certified Protocol Officer, business image coach and has been a business etiquette consultant for corporate clients since 1987. She brings in-depth knowledge to her presentations and is recognized as an expert in the field of business etiquette and protocol. Michele is the founder and director of National Protocol, Ltd., a multilevel training organization based in Washington, D.C.
 
Michele is a certified teacher and published author. For 20 years, she has presented seminars and private coaching sessions to corporate and government executives. She combines effective teaching techniques with a passion for promoting the etiquette and protocol skills necessary to succeed in business today and in the future. Michele has been profiled on network and cable television shows, as well as in feature articles in The Washington Post and The Washington Times.

During Michele’s five years as a trainer for Xerox Corporation, she learned that nothing advances one's career faster than learning how to be gracious, tactful and confident in one's relationships with others.
