Listi Sobba is a consultant to corporate professionals and government officials in the area of international business and professional protocol. She is a certified Protocol Officer and an expert in hosting international clients and guests. She combines her skills and experiences to blend protocol with practicality.

Listi served in President George W. Bush’s Administration as Director of Protocol at The United States Department of Treasury; Assistant Manager at Blair House, the President’s Guest House; in White House Oval Office Operations; and as an Advisor to the Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs. Throughout her career she has worked with notable figures such as: His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI; Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush; Prime Minister Gordon Brown; President Hamad Karzai of Afghanistan; King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco; and Vice Premier of the People’s Republic of China, Madam Wu Yi. After her years of public service and unique experiences, Listi joined Sobba Public, Inc.

Listi is a graduate of the University of Texas and The Protocol School of Washington. She is a member of Protocol and Diplomacy International—Protocol Officers Association (PDI).
