Kim Maxwell is the founder of The Etiquette Lady, a company based in
Laguna Niguel, California, specializing in business etiquette and
protocol services for CEOs, presidents, corporate professionals and
their employees. Kim says, “My workshops will give you the
confidence to meet the challenges of today’s competitive business
world with sophistication, refinement, civility and poise.”
Kim received her training and certification from the world-renowned
Protocol School of Washington in Washington D.C., a school known as the
leader in etiquette and protocol services.
Kim says, “Everyone needs business savvy and the knowledge to
establish themselves as a confident professional. Knowing how to behave
in a business or social setting can make the difference between getting
ahead or getting left behind.”
Kim has appeared numerous times on KTLA Channel 5 Morning News, and
writes a column for The Orange County Register called “Ask The
Etiquette Lady.”
