Barbara Khozam is an international speaker and trainer who brings to her presentations a unique blend of humor and experience from both the business and professional sports worlds.

Since 1999, she has presented to over 800 audiences, spanning more than 35,000 people in seven countries. Whether working with multinational corporations or small businesses, Barbara tackles serious topics with humor and candor. In her down-to-earth presentations, she takes complex theories and applies them to everyday life and common situations.

Starting as a chemist with a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Santa Clara in California, she excelled at her job but knew it wasn’t her true purpose in life. Soon she joined a seminar company, and has been training, speaking, motivating and inspiring audiences ever since.

A lifelong athlete, Barbara Khozam incorporates energy, determination, and a sense of purpose in all activities. She played beach volleyball professionally for five years.

Her highly rated presentations focus on attitude, communication and leadership skills. She customizes every program to her clients’ needs.
