Barbara Finney is an etiquette consultant based in the Chicago area. Following a successful career as a business analyst and corporate trainer, Barbara followed her true passion of providing etiquette and leadership programs that instill adults and children with knowledge, skill and confidence in manners and etiquette. These are skills that contribute to success for a lifetime. Her positive learning environment is focused on the benefits of giving and receiving respect, and the reassurance of knowing “what to do.”

Through workshops, seminars, and personal consultations, Barbara works with clients to perfect their personal and professional presence. Programs are designed around social etiquette, dining etiquette, business etiquette and international protocol. Topics are presented in an interactive and entertaining format, with a blend of professionalism and fun.

As founder and director of the Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Illinois, she has received certification in etiquette and protocol from The Protocol School of Washington. Barbara is an active member of the Network of Women Entrepreneurs in Chicago.
